GOLD JEWELLERY:

Can be exchanged either for Gold or Diamond Roberto Coin Jewellery.

DIAMOND JEWELLERY:

Can be exchanged for Roberto Coin Diamond jewellery.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

1. Jewellery for exchange must be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage
2. Jewellery can be exchanged only once within the 30 day time period from the original date of purchase
3. Exchange or upgrade of jewellery is permitted only upon presentation of the original Roberto Coin Middle East purchase Invoice or a proof of purchase
4. Verification and valuation of jewellery for refund might take up to 4 weeks*
5. A refund is applicable within the 7 days if a manufacturing defect is evident and can’t be repaired or replaced*
6. Any charges incurred by Roberto Coin Middle East in the transaction including, credit card charges, will be deductible in the approved refund cases
7. Jewellery can be exchanged only in UAE if delivery in Uae, otherwise contact Roberto Coin Middle East.
